LVDT sensor DTL

Extremely short inductive displacement transducer for measuring ranges up to 200mm for numerous industrial applications in production, inspection, quality assurance, testing and laboratory. The Probe sensor with Case diameter 12mm and external spring has a coil unit with fully symmetrical coil design according to the LVDT differential transformer principle / full bridge circuit. Variants with different connection versions of plugs and cables as well as for operation of increased temperature are available.

Special versions with integrated electronics according to customer specifications are possible.

Notes

The movement has to be strictly axially on the cantilever. Radial forces / movement can lead to blocking of the sensor bar (especially the DTL 200).

DTL probes are not suitable for dynamic measurements (> 5 Hz).
