Strain gauge / elastomere sensors

Elastomer sensors of the ES series represent a new development of sensor technology based on strain gauges. They consist of several strain gauge sensors which are injected into the silicone elastomer together with the integrated evaluation electronics. This makes the sensors extremely robust and resistant to the most adverse conditions, especially for outdoor use and even submerged condition. Possible applications are in structural monitoring for monitoring cracks, expansion joints and deflection, but also in production and general mechanical engineering for all kinds of hard-to-reach installations.
